Fill in the information required completely and correctly. Suppressing or not giving correct information will invite rejection of candidature. |

If you do not posses the requisite qualification, your candidature will get summarily rejected. By taking a print of Online Application Form, you do not have an automatic right to acceptance of your candidature. |

Once you have completed online application process, an application form bearing your own registration number and related details will appear on the screen. Take a print-out of this application form on a A4-size paper sheet using any inkjet or laser printer. You should then complete these formalities -

Paste your latest passport-size photograph inside the space indicated. |

Put your left thumb impression in the space provided. |
| |
|
Write the declaration paragraph in English in your running handwriting. |
| |
|
Put your signature at the appropriate places. |
| |
|
Enclose the caste certificate, if applicable. |
| |
|
Enclose Indian Postal Order/Demand Draft, if applicable. |
| |
|
Ex-Servicemen need to enclose their Discharge Certificate. |
| |
|
Serving govt. employees need to enclose their Service Proof. |
|
|
Send your properly filled in Application Form along with the enclosures to Railway Recruitment Board, Mahendrughat, Patna at the address as advertised by ordinary post. |

Sending more than one Application Form for the same post will result in rejection of your candidature. |
